Are you feeling overwhelmed with settling a new-born, getting into a rhythm and want to lay down some great foundations and healthy sleep habits moving forward? This package for 0-12 week olds is for you! You will feel equipped with appropriate settling techniques to help get your new-born to sleep and help encourage longer periods of sleep. We will look at age-appropriate awake times and ensure your babies room is a great sleep environment conducive to sleep. ​This package includes: * In depth 45min phone consultation where we will discuss our plan of action, realistic expectations with newborns and answer all your questions * A newborn Just Love Sleep plan * A routines guide to keep you on track into the toddler years Note: This package doesn't include any follow up support. This package is the perfect baby shower gift! Gift vouchers available on request.
