This package for 0-12 week olds is for you! You will feel equipped with appropriate settling techniques to help get your new-born to sleep and help encourage longer periods of sleep. We will look at biological nap windows and age-appropriate awake times and ensure your babies room is a great sleep environment conducive to sleep.
